📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist pharmacists in dispensing medications and providing patient counseling.
• Stock and organize pharmaceutical products, ensuring accuracy and compliance with inventory management.
• Process insurance claims and handle customer inquiries related to prescriptions and medications.
• Assist in the preparation and administration of vaccinations and other pharmaceutical treatments.
• Monitor and maintain pharmacy equipment and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service, answering queries and addressing concerns promptly.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of pharmacy protocols and procedures.
• Stay updated with the latest pharmaceutical trends and technologies through continuous learning and professional development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a pharmaceutical setting.
• Familiarity with pharmacy management systems (PMS) and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
• Valid pharmacy license and certification from the Indonesian Pharmaceutical Association (IAP).
