📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement comprehensive safety and environmental management systems in accordance with international standards (ISO 45001, ISO 14001) and local regulations.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
• Lead and coordinate safety training programs for employees, contractors, and visitors.
• Monitor and report on environmental performance, including waste management, emissions, and energy consumption.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with all EHS regulations and standards.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with regulatory bodies, industry associations, and local communities.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance workplace safety and sustainability.
• Represent II-VI Performance Metals, Inc. at industry events, conferences, and workshops to share best practices and insights.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health and Safety, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in EHS management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Certification as an Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) professional, such as CIH (Certified Industrial Hygienist), CSP (Certified Safety Professional), or NEBOSH (National Examination Board in Occupational Safety and Health).
• Strong understanding of international and local EHS regulations, including ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and Indonesian OHS regulations.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing and managing EHS programs in a complex industrial environment.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and diverse team environment.
