Based in Jakarta Pusat, you will work closely with HPE and Huawei to understand their product offerings, market trends, and customer needs. Your mission is to ensure that Berca Hardayaperkasa remains at the forefront of providing the best IT solutions to our clients.

Every day, you will engage in market research, product demonstrations, and customer consultations to ensure our solutions meet the evolving needs of our clients. You will also work on developing and maintaining relationships with key industry players, ensuring that our clients have access to the latest and most innovative IT products.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and customer needs in the IT industry.
• Develop and deliver product demonstrations and presentations to potential and existing clients.
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with HPE and Huawei to ensure access to the latest products and solutions.
• Consult with clients to understand their IT needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure that our IT solutions are effectively promoted and sold.
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and new product releases from HPE and Huawei.
• Provide technical support and training to clients on the use of HPE and Huawei products.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of our IT solutions to ensure they meet client expectations and deliver value.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT product specialization, particularly with HPE or Huawei products.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise IT solutions, including servers, storage, networking, and security.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex technical concepts.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant IT tools and software.
• Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing client needs.
