• Develop and deliver training programs for system and cashier teams, focusing on improving operational efficiency and customer service.
• Design and implement e-learning modules using Moodle and other relevant tools.
• Conduct workshops and interactive training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR learning and development, with a focus on training and development.
• Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs for administrative and cashier teams.
• Strong knowledge of e-learning platforms such as Moodle and Microsoft Teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with department heads and other stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Certification in HR learning and development or a related field is a plus.
