📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in Mechanical Engineering, including Thermodynamics, Fluid Mechanics, and Machine Design.
• Develop and deliver engaging and effective lesson plans and teaching materials.
• Mentor and advise students on academic and career-related matters.
• Conduct research and publish findings in reputable journals or conferences.
• Collaborate with other faculty members to enhance the quality of teaching and learning.
• Participate in university committees and contribute to the development of the Mechanical Engineering program.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in Mechanical Engineering and incorporate new knowledge into teaching.
• Evaluate and assess student performance through exams, assignments, and projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of teaching experience in a higher education institution.
• Strong background in Mechanical Engineering principles and practices.
• Experience with industry-standard software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and ANSYS.
• Ability to design and conduct experiments and analyze data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
