📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create accurate and efficient garment patterns using advanced CAD software such as Gerber Accumark or Lectra Modaris.

• Ensure patterns meet quality standards and production requirements.
• Conduct pattern grading and alteration to accommodate different sizes and styles.
• Develop and maintain pattern libraries for frequently used designs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve pattern-related issues to maintain production efficiency.

• Participate in quality control processes to ensure patterns meet specifications.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Textile Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in garment pattern making, preferably in the fashion industry.
• Proficient in using CAD software for garment pattern making (e.g., Gerber Accumark, Lectra Modaris).
• Strong understanding of garment construction, fit, and functionality.
