🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in hardware design engineering, with a proven track record in leading engineering teams.
• Proficiency in hardware design tools such as Altium Designer, KiCad, and Cadence.
• Strong understanding of PCB design, component selection, and manufacturing processes.
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
• Experience in working with global teams and understanding of international market dynamics.
