📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the planning, design, and execution of construction and engineering projects from inception to completion.
• Manage project budgets and timelines, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address potential project challenges.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, safety standards, and quality control measures.
• Provide regular progress reports and updates to senior management and stakeholders.
• Foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement within the project team.
• Leverage industry knowledge and best practices to drive project success and innovation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction and engineering project management.
• Proven track record of successfully managing high-impact projects in the construction and engineering industry.
• Strong knowledge of project management tools and software, including Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, and AutoCAD.
• Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar is a plus.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and teams.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to project management.
• Familiarity with local regulations, codes, and standards in Bali is a plus.
