PT Loren Tech Solutions is seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Nutritionist (Ahli Gizi Klinis) to join our healthcare team in Bandung, Jawa Barat. In this role, you will collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to assess patients' nutritional needs, develop personalized meal plans, and monitor progress using our comprehensive electronic health records. You will also conduct educational sessions for patients and healthcare providers, ensuring that everyone understands the importance of nutrition in overall health and wellness. Our clinic is located at Jl. Soekarno-Hatta No. 123, Bandung, Jawa Barat, 40111, and we offer a competitive salary of Rp 8,000,000 - Rp 15,000,000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement personalized nutrition plans for patients using EPIC and MyChart.
• Conduct nutritional assessments and monitor patient progress.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients and staff on the importance of nutrition in overall health.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in clinical nutrition through continuous learning and professional development.
• Participate in clinical trials and research projects to improve nutritional interventions.
• Provide nutritional support to patients during hospital stays and post-discharge care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in our electronic health system.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical nutrition.
• Certification as a Registered Dietitian (RD) or equivalent.
• Experience with EPIC and MyChart electronic health records.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to educate patients and healthcare providers.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Proficiency in Indonesian and English.
• Knowledge of local Indonesian dietary practices and cultural considerations.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development in clinical nutrition.
