📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and plan civil and electrical infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
• Oversee the construction and maintenance of electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, and communication networks.
• Conduct site inspections and surveys to assess project requirements and identify potential challenges.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and project managers to ensure seamless project execution.
• Prepare detailed technical reports, drawings, and specifications for project documentation.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in civil and electrical engineering.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers and technicians, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Ensure health and safety compliance on project sites, implementing measures to minimize risks and hazards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Electrical Engineering, with at least 5 years of relevant experience in the field.
• Proficiency in using AutoCAD, Revit, and other industry-standard software for design and drafting.
• Strong understanding of electrical codes, standards, and regulations, such as NEC and IEEE.
• Experience in managing and leading engineering teams, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP) or relevant engineering certifications is a plus.
• Familiarity with construction management software, such as Primavera or MS Project, is beneficial.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to project sites as required.
