📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage end-to-end import/export logistics, including documentation, customs clearance, and shipping arrangements.
Ensure compliance with all relevant customs regulations and trade laws.
Maintain 100% accuracy in shipping documents and trade data.
Coordinate with international clients and partners to facilitate smooth trade operations.
Utilize industry-standard tools such as SAP, TradeVance, and ECCN to streamline processes.
Monitor and report on trade performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Provide support to the sales team in securing new trade opportunities.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in international trade and logistics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in export/import operations or a related role.
Proven experience with trade documentation and customs clearance procedures.
Familiarity with industry-standard tools such as SAP, TradeVance, and ECCN.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with international clients and partners.
Strong analytical skills to monitor and report on trade performance metrics.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is a plus.
