We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Tenant Relations Specialist to join our team at the Industrial Estate - IKIP Project in Sulawesi Tenggara. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining positive relationships with our tenants, ensuring their satisfaction and contributing to the overall success of the project.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement tenant relations strategies to enhance tenant satisfaction and retention.,Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor tenant operations and address any issues or concerns.,Foster strong relationships with tenants, acting as a liaison between them and MCG management.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure tenant needs are met and resolved in a timely manner.,Monitor tenant performance and provide feedback to help them improve and meet project goals.,Assist in the development and implementation of tenant training and development programs.,Maintain accurate records of tenant relations activities and performance metrics.,Participate in cross-functional teams to drive the successful execution of the IKIP Project.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in tenant relations, facility management, or a similar role in the industrial or mining sector.,Strong understanding of Indonesian business practices and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.,Proficient in English and Indonesian languages.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Valid driver's license and the ability to travel frequently.
