📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of high-rise construction projects, ensuring adherence to project plans, budgets, and timelines.,Manage and coordinate a team of site supervisors, engineers, and construction workers to ensure efficient and safe project execution.,Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.,Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards.,Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting teamwork, communication, and professional development.,Prepare and submit regular progress reports to project stakeholders, including project managers and clients.,Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to address project challenges and ensure smooth project delivery.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 10 years of experience in high-rise construction, with a strong background in site supervision or project management.,Proven track record of successfully managing high-rise construction projects from inception to completion.,Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and technologies used in high-rise buildings.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages is required.,Hold a relevant degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field.,Possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Familiarity with construction software and tools is a plus.
