Tanggung Jawab:
Oversee the daily operations of the logistics department, ensuring that all activities are carried out efficiently and effectively.Manage a team of logistics staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are performing at their best.Develop and implement logistics strategies and plans to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the logistics operations.Monitor and evaluate the performance of the logistics department, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.Ensure that all logistics operations comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders to ensure that all logistics activities run smoothly.Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the logistics industry and implement best practices and innovations where appropriate.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.Proven track record of managing logistics operations and improving efficiency and effectiveness.Strong knowledge of logistics software and systems.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Fluency in both English and Indonesian is a plus.🛠️ Keahlian
