In this position, you will work closely with our team of healthcare professionals to dispense medications, provide patient counseling, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate medication records, managing inventory, and collaborating with other departments to optimize patient care.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Dispense medications to patients according to prescribed orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Provide patient counseling and education on medication use, side effects, and proper storage.
• Maintain and update patient medication records, including prescription history and medication administration records.
• Monitor medication inventory levels, place orders for reorder, and manage expiration dates.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure safe and effective medication use.
• Assist in the development and implementation of pharmacy protocols and procedures.
• Participate in quality assurance activities to ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
• Stay updated with the latest pharmaceutical knowledge and best practices through continuous learning and professional development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institution.
• Active and valid pharmacy license in Indonesia.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a pharmaceutical setting, preferably in a hospital or clinic.
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical laws, regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, healthcare providers, and other team members.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using pharmacy management software, such as Medis, ePharmacy, or similar systems.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
