📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned stores, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and train store staff to maintain high levels of customer service and sales performance.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Conduct regular store audits to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.,Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.,Promote and participate in company events and promotions to drive sales and customer engagement.,Handle customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a leadership role.,Proven track record of successfully managing store operations and driving sales growth.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail software and systems is a plus.
