Assist customers with product selection and information,Process cash and card transactions accurately,Maintain a clean and organized cash register and store,Stock shelves and ensure product availability,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally,Assist with inventory management and reporting,Promote sales and special offers to customers,Uphold company policies and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or customer service,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Basic knowledge of cash handling and transaction processing,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus,Strong attention to detail and accuracy,Ability to lift and carry heavy items
