IRIS Indonesia is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Personalia Staff to join our team in Singkawang, Kalimantan Barat. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, employment history, and performance evaluations.,Coordinate employee benefits and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.,Handle employee inquiries and resolve issues related to HR policies and procedures.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives.,Support the HR manager in preparing reports and analyzing HR metrics.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall HR strategy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a human resources role.,Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Experience in a hybrid work environment is a plus.
