📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, providing a warm and friendly atmosphere.,Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.,Provide information about local attractions, dining options, and other services available in the area.,Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring their satisfaction.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure guests' needs are met and their stay is enjoyable.,Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the guest areas.,Participate in team meetings and events, contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience in a guest-facing role, preferably in hospitality or tourism.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse range of guests.,Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.,Fluent in English, both spoken and written.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Flexible and adaptable to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.,Previous experience working in Bali or another tropical destination is a plus.,Ability to build rapport and establish trust with guests from various cultural backgrounds.
