📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist with online customer service, handling inquiries and resolving issues related to our digital property management and e-commerce platforms.
• Support the digital marketing team by managing our online presence, including social media, email campaigns, and SEO efforts.
• Help develop and maintain our e-commerce platform, ensuring it is user-friendly and efficient.
• Assist with data entry and analysis to support marketing and sales efforts.
• Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and implement new ideas to improve our digital marketing strategies.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of our digital property management and e-commerce initiatives.
• Learn and understand the operations of our property management system and e-commerce platform.
• Assist with the organization of marketing materials and campaigns.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media management tools.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and property management systems is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Basic understanding of HTML and CSS is a plus.
• Ability to learn quickly and take on new challenges.
