In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for various job openings.,Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers for final interviews.,Maintain a database of potential candidates and update job postings.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Provide administrative support to the Recruiter.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using HR software and databases.
