📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the outlet, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and develop a team of sales associates, providing training and support.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet targets.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Maintain inventory levels and order restocks as needed.,Conduct regular store audits to ensure quality standards are met.,Collaborate with the regional manager to achieve company goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using retail management software and POS systems.,Knowledge of sales techniques and customer service best practices.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.
