As an Assistant Logistics Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics processes. You will be responsible for coordinating and managing logistics activities, including inventory management, transportation, and warehouse operations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the coordination and management of logistics activities, including inventory management, transportation, and warehouse operations.,Work closely with the Logistics Coordinator to ensure the efficient and timely delivery of goods.,Monitor and maintain accurate records of inventory levels, stock movements, and stock availability.,Assist in the planning and scheduling of transportation routes and schedules.,Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure the smooth flow of goods.,Assist in the implementation of quality control measures to ensure the integrity of our products.,Provide support in the development and implementation of logistics policies and procedures.,Assist in the preparation of reports and data analysis to support decision-making in the logistics department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in logistics or a related field.,Strong knowledge of logistics principles, practices, and technologies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Outlook.,Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and transportation management systems (TMS) is a plus.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
