📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for software products.,Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure accuracy and completeness of technical content.,Develop user guides, manuals, and other technical materials to support our products.,Review and edit technical content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Assist in the creation of training materials and other educational content.,Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing or a related field.,Strong writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail.,Familiarity with technical writing tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar.,Experience with software documentation, including API documentation and user manuals.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
