Boga Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Expansion Supervisor to oversee the expansion and management of our retail stores across Bali. This role is crucial in ensuring the success and growth of our new store locations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management and a passion for creating exceptional customer experiences.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the opening and initial operations of new store locations.,Develop and implement store expansion strategies to meet business goals.,Manage and mentor store staff to ensure high levels of customer service and sales performance.,Monitor store performance metrics and provide regular reports to the regional manager.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive store growth and profitability.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with local suppliers and vendors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the FMCG sector.,Proven track record of successfully managing and expanding retail stores.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.,Knowledge of retail software and POS systems is a plus.,Understanding of local market trends and consumer behavior.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
