📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of sales and marketing efforts.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales and marketing.
  • Represent RISE Akademia at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the education sector.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using sales and CRM software.
  • Familiarity with the Indonesian education market is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
