📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage preparation.,Ensure that all food and beverages are prepared and presented to the highest standards of quality and safety.,Provide excellent customer service and ensure that all customers are satisfied with their dining experience.,Manage and train restaurant staff, including servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff.,Monitor and maintain food and beverage costs, and ensure that the restaurant is profitable and financially sound.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that the restaurant is compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.,Work with the marketing team to promote the restaurant and attract new customers.,Ensure that the restaurant is clean, well-maintained, and welcoming to all customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the food and beverage industry.,Proven track record of success in managing a restaurant or similar establishment.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.,Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage safety and health regulations.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and other restaurant management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Ability to work well with a team and collaborate effectively with other departments.
