Salon Indra Sate is seeking a talented Technical Writer to join our team. We are looking for someone who can create clear, concise, and engaging technical documentation that helps our users understand and use our products effectively.

As a Technical Writer at Salon Indra Sate, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation for our software products. You will work closely with our development team to ensure that our documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and user-friendly.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Create and maintain technical documentation for our software products
  • Work closely with the development team to ensure that our documentation is accurate and up-to-date
  • Collaborate with other departments to gather information and feedback on our products
  • Edit and proofread technical documentation to ensure clarity and accuracy
  • Develop and implement documentation standards and best practices
  • Provide technical support to users by answering questions and resolving issues
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the project

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in technical writing
  • Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Familiarity with technical writing tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure
