PT Rahayu Giri is seeking a Lead Tutor to join our team in Jimbaran, Bali. As a Lead Tutor, you will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging and effective lessons to students. You will also be responsible for managing and mentoring other tutors to ensure the highest quality of teaching. This is a great opportunity for an experienced tutor to take on a leadership role and make a significant impact on the educational experience of our students.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and deliver engaging and effective lessons to students,Manage and mentor other tutors to ensure the highest quality of teaching,Develop and implement lesson plans and curricula,Assess student progress and provide feedback,Collaborate with other educators and staff to ensure a comprehensive educational experience,Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment,Participate in professional development activities and stay up-to-date with best practices in education,Attend to administrative tasks as needed

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience as a tutor or teacher,Strong knowledge of the subject matter you will be teaching,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Experience in managing and mentoring other tutors,Fluency in Indonesian and English,Valid teaching certificate or equivalent
