📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports,Perform data entry and maintain accurate financial records,Support the finance team in month-end and year-end closing processes,Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and variance analysis,Provide administrative support to the finance department,Participate in training and development programs to enhance financial skills,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and other regulatory filings,Support the finance team in managing cash flow and bank reconciliations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial statements,Familiarity with Microsoft Office, especially Excel,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well in a team and independently,Strong attention to detail and accuracy,Basic understanding of financial reporting and analysis,Experience with ERP systems is a plus
