📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process for new hires.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts.,Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.,Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.,Coordinate training and development programs for employees.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus.,Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is a plus.
