📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the company and ensure smooth running of all departments.,Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.,Manage and mentor the management team to ensure high performance and productivity.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders.,Monitor and analyze financial performance to ensure profitability and growth.,Lead and participate in company decision-making processes.,Represent the company in various meetings, events, and negotiations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior management role.,Proven track record of successfully managing and growing a business.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Experience in the hospitality or service industry is a plus.
