📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in strategic planning and execution for high-priority projects.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and process improvements.
• Provide administrative and logistical support to the CEO and senior leadership.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational excellence.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to decision-making processes.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to inform strategic initiatives.
• Support the implementation of new technologies and tools to enhance operational efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in strategic support, operations management, or a similar role.
• Proficient in using project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or Microsoft Project.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on operational efficiency.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems and HR best practices is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Certification in strategic management or operations management is a plus.
